Lemon Garlic Pan-Seared Sea Bass

Sea bass fillets seared in olive oil with fresh lemon, garlic, and parsley until golden outside and silky inside. Restaurant-quality fish at home in 12 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 4 sea bass fillets (5–6 oz)
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

Pat sea bass dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place fish skin-side down and sear 3–4 minutes until crisp.

Flip carefully and cook another 2–3 minutes. Add garlic and lemon juice to pan and spoon over fish.

Garnish with parsley before serving.
