Ingredients
- 1ยฝ lb ground beef
- 1 egg
- ยฝ cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
- ยผ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Faith & Family โThis & Thatโ House Seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 hoagie rolls
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 8 oz provolone cheese slices
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400ยฐF. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, This & That House Seasoning, and garlic.
Mix gently until combined and form into 18โ20 meatballs. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 18โ20 minutes or until cooked through.
Warm marinara sauce in a saucepan and toss the cooked meatballs in it. Place 3โ4 meatballs into each hoagie roll and top with provolone cheese.
Place subs on a baking sheet and bake for 3โ5 minutes until cheese is melted.
