“The Lord will fight for you. ” – Exodus 14:14

Tender beef or turkey meatballs glazed in a sweet-and-spicy sauce of chili sauce, buffalo, honey, and a hint of sriracha. Served over jasmine rice with green onions — bold flavor in 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ cup sweet chili sauce
  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sriracha (optional)
  • Cooked jasmine rice
  • Green onions (optional garnish)

Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 375°F. In a bowl, combine ground meat, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, salt, pepper, and onion powder.

Mix until just combined. Form mixture into meatballs.

Lightly spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange meatballs in a single layer.

Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until cooked through. In a bowl, whisk sweet chili sauce, buffalo sauce, honey, soy sauce, and sriracha.

Transfer cooked meatballs to a skillet or bowl and toss with sauce. Serve over jasmine rice.

Garnish if desired and enjoy.
