Ingredients

  • 4 red snapper fillets (5–6 oz)
  • 4 Tbsp melted butter
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange snapper in a baking dish.

Whisk butter, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Pour evenly over fish.

Bake 12–15 minutes until flaky. Sprinkle parsley before serving.
