Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat
  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 3½ cups chicken stock
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced zucchini

Instructions

Brown beef. Add onion and garlic.

Stir in seasonings. Add liquids and vegetables.

Simmer 90 minutes until tender. Garnish and serve.
