Soft Parker rolls layered with deli lunchmeat and Swiss, brushed with mustard butter and poppy seeds, then baked until golden and warm. The pull-apart slider that vanishes at every gathering.
Ingredients
- 1 package of rainbow Parker rolls
- 1 package sliced Swiss cheese
- 1 package deli-sliced lunchmeat (your choice)
- 2 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 tsp poppy seeds
Instructions
Slice the tops off the rolls and set aside. Layer lunchmeat and Swiss cheese on the bottom halves of the rolls.
Place the tops back onto the sandwiches and arrange in a baking dish. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, mustard, and poppy seeds.
Pour mixture evenly over the sandwiches. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and rolls are golden brown.
Serve warm.
