Honey Garlic Pork Chops

Skillet pork chops finished in a sticky honey garlic glaze, served with Faith & Family Rice Pilaf and garlic green beans. An easy weeknight supper that eats like Sunday dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4โ€“6 pork chops (boneless or bone-in)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ยผ cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook pork chops until browned and cooked through. In a small saucepan, combine honey, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, and butter.

Simmer 2โ€“3 minutes. Pour glaze over pork chops and cook 1โ€“2 minutes longer.

Serve pork chops with rice pilaf and green beans.
