Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks (1–1½ inches thick)
  • 1½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp cracked black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter

Pat ribeye steaks dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Rub seasoning evenly over both sides of steaks. Drizzle Worcestershire sauce over steaks and massage into meat.

Cover and marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes or refrigerate up to 4 hours. Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat until very hot.
