Garlic Lemon Halibut

Halibut fillets brushed with olive oil, fresh garlic, and bright lemon juice, then baked until tender and just-flaky. A clean, elegant 15-minute dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 halibut fillets (6 oz each)
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

Pat halibut dry. Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Brush marinade over fillets. Heat skillet over medium heat.

Cook fish 4–5 minutes per side until opaque. Garnish with parsley and serve.
