Jumbo pasta shells stuffed with cream cheese, Parmesan, Monterey Jack, Gouda, and fresh spinach, blanketed in a velvety Alfredo cream sauce. Pure comfort food, baked until bubbly and golden.

Ingredients

  • 20 jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1½ cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Gouda cheese
  • 1½ cups cubed Velveeta cheese
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 4 Tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp white pepper
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup grated Romano cheese

Instructions

Prepare cheese sauce and stir in Romano. Combine spinach, cream cheese, Parmesan.

Fold 1 cup sauce into filling. Stuff shells and arrange.

Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over top. Bake covered 25 minutes at 375°.

Uncover and bake 10 minutes.
