Baby potatoes folded into a sour cream and mayonnaise dressing with our Dill Ranch Seasoning, crisp bacon, and green onion. Better made a day ahead.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs baby potatoes, cubed
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp Faith & Family Dill Ranch Seasoning
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
Boil potatoes until fork tender. Drain and cool slightly.
Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Dill Ranch Seasoning, bacon, and green onions. Fold potatoes into dressing mixture and refrigerate until ready to serve.
