Homemade Dry Ranch Seasoning

A pantry-staple ranch mix of parsley, dill, chives, garlic, onion, oregano, thyme, and buttermilk powder. One small jar replaces every ranch packet in your kitchen.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp dried parsley
  • 2 Tbsp dried dill
  • 2 Tbsp dried chives
  • 2 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 Tbsp dried thyme
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 3 Tbsp powdered buttermilk (optional but recommended)

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a bowl. Whisk until evenly blended.

Transfer to an airtight jar or spice container. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.

How To Use Use 1½ to 2 Tbsp seasoning per 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt for ranch dip. Use 1 Tbsp per pound of chicken, potatoes, or vegetables.
