Ingredients
- 1 Boston Butt (3.5 lb)
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Onion Powder
- ¼ tsp Cumin
- ¼ tsp Dry Mustard
- ¼ tsp Cayenne
- ¼ cup Yellow Mustard
Instructions
Rub pork with yellow mustard, then coat evenly with spice mix. Slow cook in smoker or oven at 225°F for 6–8 hours, until tender.
Shred with forks and enjoy!
