Broiled Lobster Tails with Garlic Herb Butter

Sweet lobster tails brushed with melted garlic-herb butter and fresh lemon, broiled until tender and bubbling. Date-night dinner in 15 minutes, no reservation required.

Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ tsp fresh thyme, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat broiler to high. Cut shells lengthwise and loosen meat.

Lift meat and rest on shell. Mix butter, herbs, garlic, paprika, lemon, salt, and pepper.

Brush generously over lobster. Broil 8–10 minutes until opaque and lightly browned.

Serve with lemon wedges.
