Ingredients
- 1ยฝ pounds lean ground beef
- 1 Tbsp Faith & Family This & That House Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp ketchup
- 12 Hawaiian slider buns
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 8 slices Colby Jack cheese
- ยผ cup barbecue sauce
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400ยฐF. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and This & That House Seasoning.
Press beef mixture evenly into a 9×13 baking dish or sheet pan. Bake for 18โ20 minutes until cooked through.
Drain excess grease and top with barbecue sauce, bacon, and cheese. Return to oven for 2โ3 minutes until cheese melts.
Slice slider buns in half horizontally and place bottoms in a baking dish. Transfer cheeseburger layer onto buns and add top buns.
Brush tops with melted butter and bake 5 minutes until lightly golden. Slice into individual sliders and serve with ranch roasted potatoes and fresh watermelon.
